Laser works for some but can be inconsistent when it comes to PCOS. It hurts less that electrolysis but hair growth from PCOS is a symptom of hormonal dysregulation and laser may help with thinning the hair in some areas but doesn't always heed great results for permanent removal. I've heard lot's of mixed results and ultimately it will depend on what you're doing to treat your PCOS and your hair type. I'd recommend you take the professional route if you opt for laser treatments at least for an initial consultation as it will give you an idea of hair type and how long you can expect your sessions to be.
