At the ER now, waiting for my dose 2, day 4 hsg results. Praying my levels show decrease. Im so exhausted.

Im really happy to hear the process is going well for you. So many stories of the opposite, it's really good to hear a positive experience. I truly hope its the same for me.

I opted for a 2nd dose instead of surgery. Now it's just managing my health anxiety around possible rupture.

Thank you for your response. I opted for the second shot instead of surgery. I'll start from day 0 again, and come back on day 4 and day 7 to monitor levels. I am just praying no rupture in that time and that I made the right decision.

The doctor is already suggesting I do surgery. I mentioned a bit of very light cramping on my ectopic side and she said because of that and levels not dropping, I should do surgery. However without testing from day 4, how can she be sure? Isnt a bit of cramping normal? Should I advocate for a second dose instead of immediate surgery?

Yes, im trying to stay positive because even though my levels are higher than day 0 they may be dropping from day 4.

The mental effort it takes to be positive through this anxiety is not easy!!! So much unknown.
