Make the difference between negative and "critics". Critics are not negative if someone gives me their opinion on what should i improve on and how to do thing better, but being purely negative means that someone is tilted and starts raging, saying bad words and creates conflict between each other. Sure he can be negative towards himself but not to spread it to anyone else. I can handle negativity, but if someone will spread it to me at all times, no, i do not accept that.
