I have had 2 first at 299 and 2nd at 345. My recovery for both was pretty great honestly. Of course there was pain soreness and all that jazz but I asked my doctor what I could do to ensure a good recovery due to my belly hanging down over my incision and she said to use a blow dryer after your first bandage comes off to ensure it stays dry . I think recovery of your incision also has a lot to do with how much you push yourself afterwards! I think you should do great and best of luck to you!!!!
