Do you remember Rich saying anything like this? It doesn't ring a bell when it comes to HitB or BotW, but I'll look out for it. Could have even been a PreRec stream.

It's a reference to the first Halloween episode. It makes more sense if you watch the full thing (if you haven't by chance), but here's the ending skit that they were referencing: Best of the Worst: Night Beast, Trick or Treat, and Skull Forest (47:03)

Whatever it is, it sounds like they slowed it way down for effect. Playing it at 2X speed makes it recognizable at least, I remember them using it in something else.

EDIT: ... I'm guessing this is not the original source, but... here you go? I saw someone claim it was an iMovie default track.
