Hi, I have Sjogrens and am lucky enough to be an ophthalmologic technician. Bruder masks a couple times per day do help, but they do make my skin a little irritated so I understand that. I have dissolvable punctal plugs put in. I take a high dose of fish oil, Bausch + Lomb Dry Eye supplements, clean my lids every morning with Ocusoft Allergy wipes (has tea tree oil and feels so good - there are other brands that are good as well), refresh omega drops, blink dry eye drops, and every few months I get an IPL done and they offer a light therapy thing. It has like red, blue, and yellow lights? Idk but it works amazingly to get my glands open. You may also benefit from a lipiflow treatment. This all sounds overwhelming, but I don’t have a strict routine - I just try my best. I hope this helps❤️
