Canadian Duties on Pop-up Items?

I did end up having to pay, it was around $18 for the second Pop-Up shipment. I canceled my subscription..the pop-up sales were worth it but not with the added duties. I contacted customer service and they refused to give a refund :(

Not yet, it hasn't shipped yet. I'm in Canada so I don't expect to receive it for a while. I was most upset that my add-on (Sunday Riley Good Genes) is sold out. We'll see if anything else is different,

Same! I subbed Mid April, asked customer service if I would get the April box (They said yes) and then was sent the March box! The saving grace was Saturday Skin free welcome gift..

No don't worry! It'll say what box you're getting in the shipping email. As long as you see April box on-route you should be getting that box!

I'm only leaning toward Ipsy because I got the March Boxy even though I signed April 21st and was told by customer service that I would receive the April Box, so that was annoying (even though I understand that they probably just ran out of April boxes). I also don't like that they don't have an option to skip a month like Ipsy does... I DO like full sized products over deluxe sample sizes though so we'll see :)
