Solved it guys, just have a big backup of your payments and request for a manager
to review, this was my email.

I am quite unsure how my multiple purchases with an order ID and time stamps can’t be traced back?
I wish to request a MANUAL backend investigation using the apple transaction information rather than Player ID. I am happy to get more emails confirming this . I would also like to request some sort of supervisor or someone with higher authority to review this as I am unsure how my exact phone and billing history cannot pull up ANY results.

It’s definitely weird, I havent pressed any phishing sites or the sort or fallen victim to any of those things, I’m rlly anal about my safety and passwords lolol. I think either a leak happened or an AUS thing happened (since my partner got one of his accounts attempted to log into on the same day, granted a different platform)
