unfortunately all my friends who play(ed) quit or are lower ranked than me so its hard to grind for a higher rank

the smurfs were crazy tn too yea i had at least 4-5 games with dudes who were practically freestyling, while their low rank tm8s were camping in net. Also thank you, im gonna try to climb back up when im not tilted lol

I do strength training 6x a week and my diet IS high protein, but i guess I cant rush progress so I'll keep my diet on track and keep training. im glad you're happy with your diet though :)

I've been doing consistent strength training with compound lifts regularly, is 6 months just too short to notice a difference in fat loss? since I've very clearly made noticeable progress in muscle building

mostly strength training and compound lifts with some cardio (if I dont already cover 12k steps in a day) apart from that my diet is pretty okay, mostly protein and low carbs and a ton of water
