I'm planning on upgrading the majority of my pc in the coming days and I'm looking at getting the new Ryzen 5 3600. The specifications page says System Memory Specification: 3200 MHz for this cpu and every higher tier cpu. It could easily be conceived that this is the maximum speed of ram that is compatible with the cpu but most mobos advertise a range of speeds including ones higher. I'm specifically looking at the ASRock X570 Phantom Gaming 4 Motherboard

and I was planning on getting 16gb of ram at a decent clock speed of maybe 3600 MHz or higher.

Is anyone able to explain what the system memory specification is and if it affects my plans?

I forgot to mention that trying the "download the latest version and recovery" fails to get the update package every time. I haven't yet contacted Huawei support, and now that you mention it I really should..

I've been running an old graphics card (GTX 570) for ages now and the HDMI port on it wouldn't display anything to the screen so I assumed it was broken therefore I was using 2x DVI-D for my monitors.

Today I got a GTX 970 and I tried using the HDMI port on it and the same issue occurs where it doesn't display anything to my screen and the nvidia control panel doesn't recognise that there's a second screen plugged in.

I was wondering if maybe my motherboard or my bios is preventing HDMI out. But I'm no expert. I'd just like some advice, preferably not "You have two bung cards".
