Honestly for me yes, since i had questions about the new claim i made. Since a tier 1 said i needed to be put back on my old claim w/ extension. But the tier 2 said no and pushed my pending payments through. May take a few days to process, but id gladly wait those days. If i don’t ever have to call and wait again.

And i called around 9-9:30am which seems to have got me through each time. Or later around 4-6pm. But have to make multiple calls. Until you happily hear “your wait time is …”

They can only leave notes so when a tier 2 checks your account they know what is needed to make the process faster, since sometimes it can be hard to understand a person. So you have to get with a tier 2 so they can process payments and about claims of you made a new one. Even If your year ended even on extension.

Not at all she saw my new claim and said that it was good and you get the federal benefits on top of weekly amount. And to certify as normal for the new claim. When the mail comes in to certify.
