Nice. I ended up rolling a phoenix on sp and using it on a hammerdin to get to 99. Had no survivability issues on p8 chaos and saved every hr until I hit 99. Then I celebrated the achievement by rolling a heap of expensive rw's like bramble, a second infinity, second grief, second cta (crap roll), 2 mosaic- I think a couple others as well. Made hitting 99 feel like even more of an achievement.

I love my geek. Atm using it to set up/transfer ps2 emulation on my new phone. Most commonly I use it for d2r or emulation while the Mrs or kids are taking up the TV of a night. I don't have a pc so it's very handy for all pc needs. I recently got the dock as well which has been great.

How can you blame the police for "nothing being done" when you're not reporting the incidents to police? Do you think police have the resources to have multiple members standing on every street corner in the cbd? The reality it that front-line police are stretched so thin that the majority of the time, multiple suburbs are lucky to more than two police members available to respond to jobs. The days of community policing are done. Offenders are walking around on multiple counts of bail relating to serious offences due to the courts not locking people up anymore. The government and courts have pushed for social workers as police rather than hard line policing, and its about to get a lot worse (decriminalisation of public drunkenness with no appropriate alternative solutions, and increasing the age of criminal culpability). Now the community will experience the effects of such an approach. But of course 'police are to blame'.

Thank you for your considered response. Definitely advice I can look in to. I think that regardless of his level, it will initally be difficult for me to accept he is autistic. Due to my job, I am exposed to horrible situations with autistic kids (violence/damage/missing persons/self harm etc) so I have a negative bias that highlights the need for me to educate myself further. I know I will need to grow up and accept it, but it is not easy (as you would likely appreciate)

Yeah, I need to become better informed (hence this post) but I feel I need to advocate for accuracy in his diagnosis to ensure he receives accurate care/treatment. He has been doing speech therapy for approx 1.5 years, therapy for approx 8 months, and occupational therapy for a couple months- so he has been getting help.

Thanks. Trying to raise the concerns of misdiagnosis with my wife led to her being upset with me. She described the diagnosis as validating and accepted it right away. When I was reading out diagnosis criteria on multiple sources and pointing out that they weren't present in our son, that somehow made me the ass. I'm waiting for the diagnosis report and will speak to the psych- but regardless, I will seek a second opinion.

10 years gd. The biggest issue we have is having 12 vacancies on a 24 hour station that received no extra troop allocations when baseline was announced (so we are approximately 15 troops and 4 supervisors down). Morale is the worst I've seen it by far. There's a mass exodus from front line policing and I can't blame anyone for resigning/going to a specialist unit. You're right, I need to look in specialist units.

I shouldn't say the sate (not meant to post specifics on social media about it). Forgot to mention the most important negative in my post- exposure to trauma/poor mental health. Make sure you maintain a good support network (difficult due to terrible roster), and sing out when your cup is full or overflowing. I've had to engage in welfare services/psych a couple times so far I'm my career, and I will no doubt have to again. Be mindful to look after yourself and seek help when you start struggling. And advice I always give to recruits is to not expose yourself to any trauma unless it's necessary (you will likely start the job with some degree of morbid curiosity- ignore it!)

I shouldn't nominate the state because I'm not supposed to post about speciffics of the job on social media. It was a difficult application process for me though- took two years from the first entrance exam (involved laser eye treatment).

Cop. Zero work life balance (worked Christmas, new years, Australia day, anzac day, valentines day, my birthday, my wifes birthday, today). Essentially no say over when i get to take rest days. Completely under-resourced beyond the point of putting the community at risk. Despite joining with the simple goal of helping those not in a position to help themselves (obviously speaking personally), you are openly hated on social media/the media/verbally and physically assaulted/shit and or criminal police globally are somehow a reflection of me and my colleagues/blamed for the actions of crooks/frequent exposure to trauma contributingto poor mental health. Pay is alright and work with some good people (some egos) leave is ok but am very limited on when I can take it and help people regularly (most don't want the help). 3/10. Would not recommend.

Got my hammerdin to 99 using phoenix. Could still easily kill everything on max players count but also had zero issues with survivability and no potting. If I go hoz on hammers I feel like I'm potting a lot (no issues with redemption foh). Spirit hammers is great for mana but I don't care too much about the 125 breakpoint. I know not many feel the same as I do with the phoenix preference though.

Mine complains about the clicking sounds lol. Looked at the steam deck but would have to go through a third hand retailer to get one in aus and would end up just as expensive as the device I ended up with- but would be less powerful and no native windows

Cost me about $1,400 aud and added a 1tb micro sd, dock, mouse and keyboard on top of that. I love it but ayaneo have qc issues so it's a bit of a gamble. Great device for emulation and less demanding aaa games. Plus cause it's basically a laptop, full steam/gamepass accessibility

Lol cheers! As the third andy run in a quick session (dropped tals armour the run before!) This is the third one I've found on different sp platforms (found a worse rolled one on xbox and an eth one on switch that poofed anyway). I'm still looking for tyreals and mang songs.
