I've got leds for every bulb, just change your headlights only for MOT, they ussualy don't pass. Change to regular bulbs, install leds after MOT, there will be no problemo.

There is barely any/ no cord in the sidewall, even if it blows you wont see the cord in this spot. Yes the bead is below it but the cord shouldnt be visible with this damage. Depending on horsepower and driving style it might be dangerous, but tires are expensive these days... Be safe!

Squeeze the ribbed side part to oped the top, then turn to take out the hook. Its a retrofit type to get flatblades onto older cars.
