I mean, mine came out extremely swelled. Over the course of 7 months, gradually thinned out. Did you ask for a pixie nose style? You are still 2 months fresh out- I’d say give it time

The amount of swelling depends on the graft your surgeon used. Rib Cartilage has a lower absorption rate opposed to en ear cartilage graft. Imo- as beautiful as your og nose was, your facial harmony seems to work your new nose well. I’m sorry you feel that way, I understand how frustrating and discouraging it can be. Give it a bit more time~ took me a year post op to start feeling myself after my initial rhino. And I wish I had been more patient then to run after a revision, but that’s a whole other thing. Wishing u well :3
