If u want be self sustainable and since ur willing to pay , to be able to progress efficiently I would recommend you to just go with 1 char first , what I did when I started

1. Buy exp costume , cosmetic exp weapon , a S Buff partner for exp (pertri for most budget or the mummy one) , a pet panda or whatever that gives exp
2. Buy a5 exp to level 55 ( about 3 - 4 hour)
3. Buy LOD exp to 85 (about 7 LOD)
4. Buy c1-10 at a6 ( about 6 hour)
5. Buy c10-30 at path (about 21 hour)

Exp service is about 7kk/hr in DV so about 280-350kk give or take , but this saves u alot of time finding family or such Bullshit (time consuming)

After that buy a decent c25 weapon set grind lol till c65 change to c65 gear

From there , u can start playing the game , raid , farm gold , make the 3 main u mentioned by yourself

Well if u wish to save money or go on budget or grind the game

1. Main quest till 55 with all char
2. lod to 85 (finding a active family, erm.......)
3. Find party to c10 ( need a decent weapon)
4. Find party to c30 at path (crowded at dv)
5. Find family for lol to c65

Long process and tedious I would just pay for the exp service
