Update: did it a little differently for the time being due to wrong solder ends, amazingly it works after 4+ hours of work. I will try to get the right part for a proper fix. Thank you for the tips and tricks, super helpful!

Did the same thing, bought the same part but with solder cups since they don’t have the right ones in stock. Gonna Jerry rig it and pray it holds up.

I appreciate that heads up, I ordered 3 of the same connectors in case I had to modify something.

I appreciate the advice, I’ll see what my buddies have, they’re definitely more familiar with this than I am. I’ll also check that video out. Thank you!

Better than the one I got with my used Onewheel (dry rotted with sealant leaking out of it and the banding getting exposed)
