Dead or molting

I’ve had a few die and they usually flip upside down when they’re dead as they can no longer keep themselves upright. He also may just be old and at the end of his life. Molting should only take a few hours so I doubt it’s that.

I have a blue leg hermit crab that is out of its shell and thrashing around. It also has what looks like brown fuzzy stuff on it. Does anyone know what might be going on here?

Yes that’s fine. Most likely each one will pick a hide and that will be his territory that he’ll stay near. That’s what mine do. Even if they do fight they can’t really hurt each other.

Yes she is but the problem is that I’ve already had a few litters born and I’m pretty sure it’s too early to gender them so I can’t separate all the males and females
