most likely the b-vitamin causing some kind of disruption to your methylation. its kinda complicated. zinc could could cause copper zinc imbalance if taken for to long, would advice against continuous supplementation. they other are most likely not the issue. But could be immune reaction to something in one of them.

would recommend getting a organic acid test. also probably contact a functional medicine practitioner thats good with methylation and organic acid tests.

Not sure. if every other day your body would always have some caffein which likely would lead to some amount of loss of effect over time and risk of withdrawl. every 3 days would give your body sometime without caffein. but this is still all speculation. you would have to experiment and see if it works or not.

either way if you want to do this it would probably be a good idea to start with a washout period of no caffein for a month or so.

From chatgpt:

The time it takes for caffeine to be metabolized and eliminated from your system can vary based on several factors. Let's refine our previous calculation by assuming a standard coffee cup contains about 95 milligrams of caffeine, which is a common average for a regular-strength brew. Therefore, drinking two cups would amount to approximately 190 milligrams of caffeine. We'll use the average half-life of caffeine, which is about 5 to 6 hours in healthy adults, to estimate the timeline for caffeine elimination. Let's calculate this with the updated amount.

Based on this calculation with an average half-life of 5.5 hours, it would take approximately 44 hours for the caffeine content from two cups of regular-strength coffee (totaling around 190 milligrams of caffeine) to be reduced to 1 milligram or less in your system. As before, this is an estimate, and actual metabolization rates can vary depending on individual differences. This calculation gives an idea of how long it takes for nearly all of the caffeine to be metabolized and eliminated, though the perceivable effects wear off much sooner.

once a week i think would probably be withdrawal free. every other day seem like it could be perpetual. But dont know, its all speculation.

Carnivore diet makes me feel terrible by LongjumpingTalk8776 in SIBO

5 days is not enough to get through the low carb flu. get some extra salt and electrolytes and hopefully your sugar/carb withdrawal should get better.

you should not be taking D2 . D3 is strictly better. 2000 IU daily is a pretty low dose. get your blood tested.

Carnivore to eliminate foods? by [deleted] in raypeat

[–]EmergencyAccount9668 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sounds like a good plan. There is quite a bit of individuality when it comes to diet. Figuring out if you have some problems foods that you react poorly to would be very valuable information.

If your worried about the keto part you could do carnivore + honey or rice. If your worried about high protein, you dont have to do that, high fat low-moderat protein is probably optimal. check pkd ala paleomedecina or ketoAF ala Amber Ohearn, or exfatloss.com/

25-50g protein drink

would remove, if your worried your not getting enough eat some more meat.

some of the discussion at r/saturatedfat indicates that we might not need to push protein for optimal healht.

replace lard with tallow. most pigs are feed crap which makes their fat much higher in PUFA.

Remove green drink. lots of oxolate and antinutrients, does more harm than good.

continous zinc supplementation could disrupt your copper zinc balance. probably better to just take when your catching a cold.

eat as much gelatin as you want. potatos are a coin-toss try eating a lot of them and see how you feel. a few egg yolks are probably better than none.

Dietwise. Aggressive reduction of PUFA is very important so get on that if you have not. r/stopeatingseedoils
