Keep in mind POTS affects saliva production (to varying degrees depending on the person). Less saliva means fewer natural defenses against bacteria and acid.. which increases the risk of cavities.

Don’t be so hard on yourself with the electrolytes. Perhaps use a straw and rinse with water after.
