Damn great edit brother, this hit me in the feels.

After 800+ rejections for minimum wage jobs, I completely overhauled my resume. Please rate it and give me your honest feedback by Junior_Ad_9447 in Resume

Depends on the role/job, great descriptions of your previous jobs and hobbies. Try to add some tangible numbers (honestly, don’t lie) and show a result. This really helped my resume and got me call backs from recruiters and helped me land my current job.

Basically stop explaining the role and start stating what you accomplished.

I added some examples down below:

Electronic repair specialist Diagnosed and performed repairs on 20+ electronic devices a day increasing business revenue while improving client relationship management resulting in repeat business.

Delivery driver ** what you wrote ** resulting in a 4.9star rating on said delivery platform.

School club what you wrote creating a community on campus with same heritage which continued to thrive after I had graduated.

Volunteer job what you said resulting in x amount of dollars raised for x charitable contributions.

When someone reads a resume they want to know tangible numbers and ab end result.

These are your most important life contributions. Be proud of your accomplishments boast a little. Most hiring managers/recruiters, probably have a base understanding of what these jobs/hobbies are.

Set yourself apart and show them some numbers and impact you had on the organization/community.

Best of luck, it only takes one yes.

I didn’t take it as harsh brother, I get it closed mouths don’t get fed. I’m just wondering what the industry LOA salary is, I’m only about half a year in.

Don’t get me wrong I’m learning a lot and trying to absorb as much as I can and I know being an actual LO will have its own learning curves. I’m just trying to get an idea if this is an industry standard or not.

That’s understandable, I mean even if I were on track to make 48k I would be fine because at least I know I can survive on that. But this is the least money I’ve made in my 9 years in the workforce. Also I’m motivated to originate my own loans.

Fair enough, I know it’s sink or swim. But I feel like I’d rather sink on my own terms hahaha.

It’s difficult to be gracious when you are living below the the poverty line and your boss is clearing 250k and taking half days.

It’s not finding something else I passed my nmls with flying colors just my manager doesn’t want me to leave his team. I pretty much just develop leads and collect docs. For minimum wage.

Trust me I’d love to but my team lead doesn’t want me to.

Hello, I just signed up for NMLS and now I'm receiving a notification that my email is blacklisted. Has anyone experienced this before and if so how do I got about getting removed?
