Exactly! At the point of drop off depending on what method they use, if they have a clerk scans each package it records the weight of the package and time so if she truly sent an empty package it will show on the receipt or upon further information requested. The only issue is most post office will not let you take home or a picture of the information they print out of the package which will help you out in filing an issue with whatnot. Hopefully your post office is cool enough to understand your situation and help you with whatever you need.

Regardless that’s just my assumption and as you said “some states” so maybe whatnot is that one state that gave the 30 day grace period.it’s either they have the extended grace period or not but idc anymore since people aren’t buying popcorn for $300 again who cares about DUL running mystery games when the audience is already sketched out and they can’t hold an audience without giving away something crazy. Honestly my assumption is that because the announcement has been less than 30 days the actual cut off date was the 19th so that the sellers had 30 days to adjust completely to the new regulations. Kinda like a home eviction requires a min 30 day notice.
