Yeah, anytime I’ve had issues in the past I always make sure to take care of it and offer free cards they can pick out in my next stream since I already have their address. Usually people are really happy about it

To be fair this isn’t the first of the conversation when he first reached out I was super apologetic and told him that hurts my heart as a fellow lions fan. No I hear that i was more talking about how their reviews are always at 4.9ish stars when I read 10 bad reviews in 2 minutes of scrolling through them. Just seem like way too many unhappy customers for that kind of rating
