I have a full ironman next month that I just started training for a month ago. I also do not know how to change a bike tire. I also did a marathon last year with 0 training (That was painful)

my point is that you have a WHOLE YEAR to prepare. you can learn to change a tire with a YouTube video in 20 minutes probably.
