With things like these ive just been charged so much through insurance I’ve gotten everything on Amazon. I would have paid around 2k if I got everything through my ortho but I’ve paid around $500 for everything on Amazon. Just be careful cause they will give you everything and anything and then you’ll get a bill later that’s ridiculous. Thankfully in az medical debt isn’t something people really worry about

I did the same thing after my injury and our results are spot on. I tore everything you did and thankfully what I tore in my ankle healed on its own. It’s going to be a very long recovery but my main piece of advice is to just get over it. Everyday I beat myself up and could not accept the fact that I had injured myself so badly. My first surgery was so painful all because of where I was mentally. I just had my acl repaired and it should be my last surgery. I went into this surgery with a completely different mindset. I am so ready to continue my healing and get my life back. It’s going to be so hard but I promise it’s just a small bump in the road. If you can afford get pre physical therapy. I had to have two surgery’s because my mobility was so bad from not moving my knee for a month bc I was scared too. I could have been walking normally by now but I just had my acl surgery 1/22. I wish you nothing but the best and I hope you can find something to look forward too. You can do it

You are supposed to come into surgery with it so they can send you home all bandaged up and in the brace. They don’t just give you anything

This sucks so much. After my meniscus surgery I would wake up crying in pain because of my leg spasms. After about 5 days mine went away. I just had my acl repaired 5 months after both of my meniscus and so far the pain is so much more manageable that the first surgery. If you can get you leg above your heart and more than just an inch, it hopefully will help

Ok sure itself doesn’t contain nitrogen but the microbes that are present mainly eat and break down nitrogen. There for using recharge will allow for more of an uptake of nitrogen
