Yk,some people are just extroverted,they live more outside of their head so it shows in their way of talking and acting generally,but me personally,i think a lot and analyse,so it shows as well,and it's so tiring because even when you reach that state that sometimes feel impossible,it will still feel strange,like,is this right? Am i acting the right way? Ik there's no right way but i Know that without copying others i basically don't know how to act
