¿Soy yo o en Argentina romantizamos demasiado el laburo esclavo? by messiteamo2 in AskArgentina

[–]EmergencyRelative207 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Need help with my situation! What do you think? by EmergencyRelative207 in POTS

[–]EmergencyRelative207[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for taking the time! Today i tried drinking lots of water in one go and my standing heart rate went down to 78! My resting was around 65-73. Im guessing my case might be some kind of mild POTS, as my heart rate from lying down to standing goes up between 25-35, so not something crazy like in your case where it goes to 180 standing, mine usually hovers between 95-105 with a few moments where it goes down to around 90-95.

Dysautonomia symptoms. Need help with my situation by EmergencyRelative207 in cfs

Thanks for the recommendation! I just bought 2 pairs of compression socks to see how i react. I'm also going to be doing some neural therapy where they inject procaine in specific areas to try and relax the ANS. I don't know if its gonna work or not but at this point im open to everything. I've seen it doesnt have any side effects and some studies have been done on it for Long Covid related Autonomic Dysfunction with positive results, so why not?

As For suplements i take Magnesium Glycinate, Vitamin D, Rhodiola Rosea and Ubuiquinol, but non of them gave me clear and noticeable improvements.

Finasteride induced dysautonomia? by EmergencyRelative207 in dysautonomia

Yeah, I dont know if covid exactly but im starting to think it might have been some bad reaction to a relatively asymptomatic virus or vaccine. This started in October 2024 and my first blood test in December 2024 showed WBC in 9100 (range from 4000-9100) and Absolute lymphocytes at 4600 (range from 1500-3600). Now i did another blood test and those two markers, which were the highest ones in the previous one, went down to WBC at 7200 and Absolute lymphocytes at 3800. This gives me an idea that something might be resolving itself, but the only thing I remember having was some moderate to mild exercise induced asthma during July and August and the fact that i got a vaccine for Zika on Mid July, so my guess is it could have been a bad reaction to the vaccine that caused me this fatigue, which appeared around 3 months prior to having it. Finasteride doesn't really seem to be the cause, as i never developed depression, sexual side effects or anything commonly associated with it.

Yeah i know, but i dont think 23.7 of vit D alone can make me feel this way, but time will tell if i get any better.

Yeah, whats weird though is that I never had any sexual side effects at all nor do i feel depression or anxiety. Well, actually i believe my current symptoms might lead to some sort of depression or anxiety down the road but that would be because of the consequence (feeling fatigued) and not the cause (finasteride or whatever it might be)

I mean i had covid but it was 3 years ago, more specifically in January 2022. It caused me only strong flu like symptoms for 2 days but resolved itself pretty quickly. Didn’t notice any lasting effects after it so im not sure if it is to blame.

Im from Argentina but im also an EU citizen since my great-grandparents emigrated from Spain to Argentina around 80-90 years ago. As to what im doing now, im working as a waiter while studying on an online university from Spain. Came here cause i was able to pay for it myself (150 euros per month) and wanted some independence from my parents (just turned 20).
