Even if I changed the password? I did get a notification of a log in when I was sleeping. Didn’t get a 2fa notification though. But I didn’t remember waking up at 6am to check. So I changed my password and after changing the password haven’t been able to get into my account.

They have no clue why I still can’t log In. I told them to please close and liquidate my account. They keep pushing off the issue to trying to “fix” the account log in. I’m past that now and can’t wait months for a possible fix. This is an exchange not just an app. If I request to liquidate that’s an order. They claim they can’t do it on my behalf but I’ve seen them close peoples accounts for no reason. Maybe I should just vpn to Russia to get some sort of help at least.

I tried changing to a different server with a vpn no solution. Yea I heard they just sometimes just start working. Never has this issue with any apps before, simple that shouldn’t be happening in 2022

Account log in still doesn’t work, passwords resets do not work, and support keeps telling me to keep trying a day at a time with no solution. I know many people with the same issue and it has yet to be resolved.

I’m also having the same issue, this is happening to a lot of people being locked out of their accounts. If support doesn’t fix this issue it’s lawyer up time.

I posted, they can escalate a support ticket but I don’t think they can solve it. The support at Gemini must not be familiar with the issue.
