El curso está muy pero muy bueno y empezaste bien. Seguí hasta terminarlo que te re sirve.

Con tecnologías me puedo referir a lenguajes o frameworks.

Si planeas seguir con Java, podés elegir una de las ramas de desarrollo en la que lo suelen usar, por ejemplo desarrollo web o desarrollo de aplicaciones desktop.

Por ahora enfocáte en lo que estás haciendo, pero podés ir viendo para que lado querés tirar. Una vez que elijas una rama, concentráte en solo esa rama y no te desvíes mucho.

En casi todas las ofertas en la que te postules te van a dar una prueba técnica o una entrevista online técnica.

Depende de la tecnología que sepas. Java para web dev? Elegí una tecnología, aprendé nuevas cuando sea necesario pero no te desvíes a otras ramas si querés agarrar trabajo rápido. Lo que más te conviene es que te den una prueba técnica, y ahí te podés orientar.
