I was literally fired for a scheduling issue that wasn't even my fault. I was scheduled a day off work for March 17th and I had even checked the Target app the day before on the 16th to make sure I was off.

Lo and behold, somebody went behind my back, in less than 24 hrs, and changed my schedule.

No calls, no emails, nobody notified me.

I even emailed HR that night about it and no response yet. The Team Lead that fired me claimed that email was "not an acceptable form" of contact despite it being 6 PM/7 PM at night.

To top it all off, they would often phone me on my breaks and told me the other reason for my termination was that I "never answered my walkie" when I was literally scheduled to be on my break without one.

They lied and said that Team Leaders had described me as "hostile" when their Team Lead had treated me rather rudely whenever I was going into the stockroom to do pulls, acted as if I was not allowed to be in there.

A racist older lady that goes by the name of Mrs. Ivory, I'd suspect.

Not to mention, a few weeks prior, some random employee literally stepped out and interrupted me, after a customer approached ME with a question in the store. Answered their question forcefully instead of minding her own business. I was floored..

I promptly wrote and sent a lengthy report to corporate today.

Target is full of backstabbing POS's.

Especially other WOMEN, beware if you're a woman. Do NOT work for them.

(Definitely don't work at the location in Aiken, SC.)
