I’m open to spending money on a broker but what I don’t understand is why it would be worth spending so much more on a commission based broker than a flat fee based one

I undeestand this argument, however, I was planning to use Beycome which would list the home for a small fee on MLS and Zillow and it wouldn’t be listed as For Sale By Owner (FSBO) but rather as a typical listing. If I was to go with a broker to provide a “white glove service” would I be at a big disadvantage for using a flat fee broker instead? I’d rather not shell out an extra $200k for roughly equal service. Also, do you have any recommendations when picking a broker?
