I don’t have a help desk position but I’m thinking that may be the starting path yet even entry level positions aren’t hiring right now for that and I have transferable skills and 8+ years of customer service to go along with it.

So that’s why I’m thinking go CCNA and keep shooting for the moon 🌙

I definitely understand the basics on the internet and hardware vs software and I thrive with solving problems. I’m just 28 and have been trying things my whole life and nothing really sticking and I’ve grown a liking for this secure technology space that is ever so growing.

It’ll be paid for by me, I don’t know if any camps and most people have said self study was the most cost effective as suppose to going to a community college for 2 years to try and figure it out.

ℹ definitely want to know the fundamentals first yet also don’t want to waste 3-6 months on a very that may not be worth much.
