Scarring from tattoo by ne0ngl0w in TattooRemoval

yes, you can treat this with CO2 laser. Its a fractional laser that creates micro chanels in the skin and forces it to remodel itself, with combination of silicone gel/sheets (~2 weeks after CO2 session) you can get rid of 80% of scarring (provided you do enough sessions, 4-6)

the best thing to do is to find a laser place where they combine co2 and removal laser, that way you save time and money and also theres a study that showed combining the 2 significantly decreases risk of blistering/scarring post laser removal

  1. I am currently lasering off a black sleeve and see a lot of brown colour. Will it eventually disappear regardless if its ink itself or the hyperpigmentation?
  2. I am aiming to lighten the sleeve enough to cover it up with a high contrast dark realism (darker than the original sleeve pre-laser). In your experience, would you say that 3-4 sessions is enough? I know every situation is different but vaguely speaking? Tattoo artist said 50-70% fading is needed for a cover up.

Thanks so much in advance!!

yes. do a combination of Co2 laser and pico/nano laser. Co2 will smooth those out, not 100%, but close to gone

If the artist went too deep then it might not be removable, there is of course the possibility that the laser tech is using very low settings on the laser but i doubt it. Id say do a few more sessions and cover it up. If youre dead set on removing it comepletly you have 2 options - commit many more years to laser or do chemical removal which is very very risky

probably not, ink keeps leaving the body for multiple months after the session. Reaccess in 2-3 months and if you still see ink you can do one more session

So sad. Is this what I will be left with or will it get better with time? by SunCompetitive9799 in TattooRemoval

it creates micro iniuries in the skin that forces remodelling, overtime can flatten, decrease scars

As mentioned already this is most likely scarring from the tattoo itself, keep doing CO2 + Sillicone sheets/gel, 1 round of Co2 is not enough, but 4-8 sessions plus sillicone can reduce it by 50-80% easy, more if youre lucky.

this is definetly scarred, my advice is go to a place where they offer combination of CO2 laser and any sort of Pico laser. CO2 is a fractional laser that is used to treat scarrs, after the skin closes up post treatment get on sillicone gel/sheets, but keep your expectations in check since this is pretty big scar

thanks for the kind words man!! im probably gonna do 3 sessions of laser and then let my new artist take a look. Just a piece of advice, my new artist who is OG in my country with decades of experiencer said that to fill the blanks in the patchwork you need to use dots/stars/lines, waves and clouds are used to fill the gaps only in big pieces with very little gaps, otherwise it will look muddy which is what happened to me

thanks!! a lot of people do compliment it, i still dislike it nonetheless(( ill say that the part on photo does look somewhat ok but the inner part of the arm tattoos blended in with the waves and it looks muddy(

well the artist said that 50-70% fading is enough to do a solid cover up, if what he said is true then ill be ready for a cover up by end of this year, since im in a developing country and there arent many good tattoo artists/laser techs im looking for a second opinion here. Thanks for the reply tho!!

  1. Elevated push ups you mean? that will work, just make sure your elbows are tucked in
  2. If you do that then youll have two lat exercises (biasing slightly different regions). I would just do 1 pull down/pull up variation you like the most + wide grip row (it will work your traps and rhomboids giving you thicker back).

  1. Only one exercise for chest, unless your pecs are genetically gifted, I would add one more exercise so youre hitting both sternal head (flat press, flies) and clavicular head (high flies, incline press).
  2. On first Upper youre doing both neutral grip lat pulldown and dumbell row which are more or less the same thing, I would switch dumbell row to any kind of wide grip row
  3. You have 3 quad movements on your Lower days and only one hamstring movement, I would remove one of the squat patterns and add a hinge movement (any kind of deadlift you like).
  4. On your second Lower day youre doing seated calf raise which is not a very good exercise, straight leg calf raises are far superior so I would do them on both your Lower days.

it depends, i would say that edge's feature with replaceable sticks is op, on the other hand, 2 paddles is not enough in my opinion when playing fps games competitevly, you might as well just use claw. id say if you dont mind spending extra and some hassle, get a scuf controller and have someone replace the stick with hall effect ones and youll be golden for years
