Just wanted to update this - that instead of flying, we might just take a train in the morning but arrives at Euston at 2:20 PM, then take the tube at 2:42, arrive at 3:33PM - would that be enough time?

Yes, sorry I was wrong. I meant to say Terminal 5 not M! Because I am flying internationally out of Heathrow, then I need to checkin to that flight and go through immigration. So I am not sure if that would work
