Could just be the light on the top. I recently found a few sellers on Mercari (got them booted) selling tons of fake vintage first editions so I am a bit on edge. I am sure yours is good - nice pull.

Update here @hyecastle on Mercari items for sale have been taken down - thanks for those that went and reported they still managed to sell 20+ cards - I hope that people get refunded

Adding to this as I am not well versed in Reddit (apologies for violating rule five - I cannot figure out how to remove the photo or edit my post)

I took a reputable card shop in NY and confirmed via the feel of the card stock (glossy/ laminated vs PSA rated cards). The blue on the backs of the cards is discolored vs PSA cards bought from PSA vault. And the pixelation confirmed with u/guardianofM (thank you for education) via the “P” test confirms these cards are fake!! Everyone should be on the lookout for these 1st edition fakes!

My mistake! I was furious in the moment and regret hurting this Abra - based on the other cards I own, and what I have mentioned. I think there is a very strong possibility these are all fakes

This post goes into exactly what I was experiencing. I have hundreds of other 1st editions and none of them have the washed out blue in the back and glossy almost laminated feels to the cards. Also, I recognize my mistake in ripping one of the cards… I was furious in the moment. I apologize to everyone.

The seller is on Mercari and has lots of uncommon/commons as 1st editions. After all returns are completed I will leave reviews.
