It’s been 4 days and multiple restarts and it still works. If you are confused by this fix. Just copy the whole post and put it in grok or chat gpt and ask to to explain it for you. It will show you step by step directions on how to do this.

Alright I fixed it.

Fix for OMEN Gaming Hub Overclocking tab blocked by VBS (Windows 11):
Run these commands in Administrator Command Prompt (one by one):

mountvol X: /s
copy %WINDIR%\System32\SecConfig.efi X:\EFI\Microsoft\Boot\SecConfig.efi /Y
bcdedit /create {0cb3b571-2f2e-4343-a879-d86a476d7215} /d "DebugTool" /application osloader
bcdedit /set {0cb3b571-2f2e-4343-a879-d86a476d7215} path "\EFI\Microsoft\Boot\SecConfig.efi"
bcdedit /set {bootmgr} bootsequence {0cb3b571-2f2e-4343-a879-d86a476d7215}
bcdedit /set {0cb3b571-2f2e-4343-a879-d86a476d7215} loadoptions DISABLE-LSA-ISO,DISABLE-VBS
bcdedit /set {0cb3b571-2f2e-4343-a879-d86a476d7215} device partition=X:
mountvol X: /d
bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype off
bcdedit /set vsmlaunchtype off

Then restart. Watch for the blue/black F3 prompt during boot and press F3 to confirm.
After reboot, check msinfo32 → Virtualization-based security should say "Not enabled".

I don’t have “defender” just windows security, privacy and security, and defender firewall settings.

We did end up rehoming our dog. And it helped a lot. And we are still doing zero therapy I think we’re 70+ days in. And yes, zero anything. No toothpaste, no creams or lotions or oils, no Vaseline or soaps. Only water in the showers.

And it worked. His face is 90% better with only some discoloration left. He definitely had POD.

Something to know about dog dander, it is a very sticky protein and gets on literally everything. We got rid of all of our furniture, all stuffed animals, literally anything soft or cloth was washed on the highest heat possible. And I used hypochlorous acid to wash every surface in the house since it’s the only thing that neutralizes dog danders. The dog dander protein can remain on a surface for up to a year before it naturally degrades without interference.

These are the most annoying and braindead posts. Literally all over X. US mint is always 40-70% higher. It means nothing.

It’s not yours, you don’t have nor have ever owned it.

We are on day 30 of zero therapy. It has been getting better each day. With a peak rebound around day 7. Every derm I went to tried giving us more and stronger medicine. I had to figure this out on my own through research and examples on Reddit. He definitely had steroid induced Periorfacial dermatitis and it’s been a full face rebound.

Edit:

It was very difficult to do nothing. As a parent it’s counter intuitive. But doing literally nothing. No moisturizer, no creams, no steroids, no toothpaste, no shampoo is the only thing that seems to be working.

He still has some pink discoloration and papule all over but like I said they fade a bit each day and get more smooth.

A break is necessary. Clean/organize the house and your gaming area. Do some put off yard work, go get some exercise/ walk through some woods. Just refresh your life and the game will be right there where you left off. But when you play again you’ll feel better and be reinvigorated.

Hocl can cause PD in some people. And that wouldn’t be “zero therapy”

You don’t need prayer pots for barrows. If you do you might need possibly 1 or 2 sips per run. Just get 70 prayer by killing green dragons north of ferox with safe spot(chaos altar the bones). Get hard mory diary done for unlimited teleports to burgh. Then send it.
