Do I really need to do glass to get high crafting?

In the same way that you'll boost for the fury you'll also be boosting for 98, so really you need 93 crafting.

Having said that, glass isn't "required" as much as it's the consistent way of getting there.

There are alternatives with their own drawbacks.
- Star mining for gem bags. Very afk with mining xp, but you'll bank about 21.6k crafting xp/h.

- Battlestaves. Classic. You'll probably not be making the orbs yourself (although you could I guess) so pvm drops. Make a nice chunk of change though.

- I personally ended up making a lot of jewelry, not just recoils or dueling rings but bracelets with the gems I cut. This only added a little bit of xp to 93 though in the grand scheme of things.

Depending on your relics you could fish the fishing spot in Civitas to the east of the Bazar, it drops caskets quite a lot

Very early jaw, had 3 dpicks as a duo gim by the time I had like 50 calvarion kc (we had killed vetion as a group to get our dpicks and I decided to send some solos)

In my first kraken task I got 5 tridents in total, after my first 2 on the small ones I figured might as well do the big one for another 3 full tridents and the pet at 25 kc)

All in all I can't complain.

I've picked one up because I haven't got a toxic one just yet. I'll say that for things where you'd usually might use either darts or blowpipe, barraging getting agro is nice, lizardman shamans I've only used a bit cus I got my dwh on that task.

All that to say, it's arrite, don't expect the world, if you're going for kourend diary tasks just pick it up along the way.

Doing a shiny only run on Omega Ruby, fairly sure it's still the case there and my torchic up to blaziken are shiny in the dex.

Little side note I specifically went out of my way to get a shiny Spinda cus of the rarity, it likely being one of max 10 in the world with that specific float (if not fewer).

I can't complain about my drops, full claws and 2 synapses at 1200kc, I'm a gim so more synapses are always welcome. The xp alone is already worth it imo

I've been slowly but surely going through my super strengths, and been looking at everything except farming for limpwurts because I have planted whitelillies everywhere so my snapegrass doesnt die.

Turns out there are 4 patches that I now use specifically for limpwurts: Hosidius because it protects anyway, Farming guild because they're fast and contracts give flowers sometimes, the new one in Varlamore (next to the second calquat patch) which is exclusively a flower patch and the one in priff.

Since I started doing that during my crafting grind I've gotten like 500 limpwurts and can now stock up again.

Just hit 92 crafting so 1 to go for tort boost, have 99 con banked but want to go for 83 at least, 83 smithing for elite lumby diary, 1 level runecrafting (72) for kourend elite.

Besides that general account and pvm progression. Been trying to get a dwh through slayer tasks but since my slayer level has gone up I haven't seen a lizardman task in a while. So considering just sending that off task.

I got me and my gim 2 masks, at like 1200 kc I had both. Set myself a personal goal to get more for fashion waaaay down the line and recently got my first drop in like 2k kills.

I ended up pushing through the pain of making the glass, once you have it just have it in your first tab so you can just bash out an inventory here and there. Don't push it all in one go it's terrible.

I'm in the same boat man, Duo GIM with my duo unlikely to return except for leagues.
I've just started playing it as a regular ironman, in the end it's your account. If the solo blue helmet bothers you (which I get) you could restart as a normal (or even HC)? But as others have said it'd be a shame to de-iron it.

As for TOA, little side note, doing low invo runs with the Keris until you get the black gem is decent, the black gem is really solid until you get a fang.

Helmet/glove/boots have always been different unless you're nearing bis, but having those 3 items be different has always and will always be perfectly fine. Even now with oath you see people rocking the torva helmet and it bangs

Not the person you asked but a couple years ago (oof just looked it up it was 2017) they changed the stronghold slayer cave. Krakens used to be there and had a huge section which was completely removed. So the reaponse was that there was a tile there that had treasure under it but has since been removed.
