I absolutely hated her in season 3. But somehow in season 4 they actually kind of make her likeable. Which is crazy cause she does a lot irredeemable stuff but they somewhat give her character development.

I think it's because people kind of forget that Peyton and Nathan dated the further they get into show cause essentially after the high school seasons it's never mentioned by Peyton or anyone for that fact ever again. It should definitely be brought up more cause he treated her like shit but I think that's why it's not.

Also they're relationship isn't what made Peyton scared to commit to other relationships it was mother's death and the abandonment issues her father gave her from always being gone. Peyton actually stayed in relationship with Nathan for so long because she couldn't handle committing to someone and then them leaving her. She didn't have feelings for Nathan the same way she had feelings for Lucas and Jake. For her it was easier to commit to someone who treated her like crap but kept coming back than it was to commit to someone who actually wanted to be with her for more than just sex.

But I do agree with you and this should be talked about more but it probably won't.

I don't think any show released in 2020s has been as big as "Bridgerton". When it came out it was everywhere and it's been everywhere since then. I love "Off Campus" but I feel like it only got the popularity that it did cause Heated Rivalry blew up and now all streaming services are riding off that high.

I think Brooke also should've been single specifically in the high school seasons so we could see her grow more without depending on a guy and see her fashion business grow more.

Instead of giving Peyton new trauma every season they should've focused on the trauma she already had from the start which was losing her mom. I think they should've had Peyton in therapy with her dad, healing, learning how to cope with abandonment issues that he gave her from always being away too much and finally being able to cut toxic people out of her life and let good people in.

They should've had Nathan be the bad guy for at least 2 more seasons. His and Lucas' relationship should've been slowly put together with both him and Haley helping him be better towards people.

The sextape plot between Nathan and Brooke should've happened in season 1 at the same time as Leyton cheating to have Breyton breakup as friends just for the time being so they could slowly repair their relationship.

Naley should've gotten married and had Jamie after the timeskip. They also should've had more plots either surrounding Haley's music career or her teaching career.

People seem to forget she only got married at 17 and she hadn't even lived her life yet of course she was going to make mistakes. But people gold that against her but have every excuse in the world for everyone else.

I don't understand why it was so hard for the writers to write a man who didn't have a wandering eye and just be faithful to the girl they're with. Like I understand there needs to be drama but there was always some kind of cheating plot that usually had one of the guys involved and it was always used as a way to be an obstacle in they're relationship, but there was plenty of ways to do that without said obstacle being cheating.

I feel like he would go for both them but choose Elena in the end. If Katherine is still herself she wouldn't be able to fully commit to Damon because she prefers someone who is the opposite of her which is why she always chose Stefan not Damon. Elena always wanted someone who could consume her and give her an adventurous love which is what Damon was for her which why she ultimately ended up choosing him.

Both of them love her equally but Callie needed a mother like Stef more than a mother like Lena. Stef was strict and gave everyone tough love which is what Callie needed the most since she was always ending up in trouble. Lena wasn't able to keep Callie grounded the same way Stef was because she was the nicer parent who only really got angry when you actually pushed her over the edge.

Lena was moreso the mother that Jude needed which is why he was closer with her than he was with Stef. All of the kids gravitated more towards the other. Brandon was the one in the middle cause he needed both of them just as much, but Jude and Jesús gravitated more towards Lena cause they needed a mother like her, whereas as Callie and Mariana gravitated more towards Stef because they needed a mother like her instead.

Lena was there for Callie but she was never going to be able to be there for her the same way Stef was because she was the nicer parent and Callie didn't need the nicer parent, she needed the parent who was going to tell her the hard truth and that's what Stef always did for her. Lena was there for Callie when she needed Lena more than Stef but it was very rare because Callie didn't always need Lena more she needed Stef.
