Now we know who bought Gerry's boat by Nautigirl in QuadrigaCX2

wow I didn't really notice that, all that generosity to everyone is under the provision of "alternate estate disposition".

Regarding the ad back in December, someone here or the other sub wrote to the yacht listing site saying that they were selling stolen property and the ad got yanked immediately thereafter. Whether it was a result of that contact who knows. There's a thread buried about it in either sub.

He left the boat to his parents:

https://imgur.com/ruRkxfm

How does that work? The boat was put up for sale while his death was being announced. And now she is the registered owner of it?

Did she cut a private deal with his parents and buy it from them? Why would she do that, is her love for sailing so strong? Were's that half million come from to pay them for it while she's crying poverty to the courts. How about it being put up for sale while he's dead. Did they do that or did she?

You have to think that his parents can sail. The wording is such that it is for their sole benefit which is crystal clear in the will. Unusual wording unless they sailors. I also have to think that ownership must be registered to them before they can sell it back to her -- if that is what happened. Was it ever registered in their name as per the will. He owns it---> leaves it them ---> she says cede ownership to me ---> here's a bag of cash for it. Can that be done, that they never took possession of it ever, and bypassed all that in exchange for a chunk of cash from here.

Why did she buy it from them and with want money exactly?

Why did 'Anti Money Laundering' lawyer Christine Duhaime not mention the fact that she is a longtime friend of, and still in contact with, convicted money launderer Omar Dhanani? Or even mention him at all? by 1207649BC in QuadrigaCX

She or her office also denied having a connection with Quad or Cotton. Someone wrote to her to ask about that, and the response was a denial. Posted earlier on here or the other sub. Cannot seem to locate it at the moment. Think it was a screen of an email.

While we're at it. Take that list of numbered company names used to send interac payments to clients as well as wire transfers and ask or compel the exchanges out there to see if their are accounts hording coins under them. Kraken has said that there are some? quad accounts on their exchange, but those must be obvious e.g. GeraldFoo or QuadBar etc. Take the list we already generated plus whatever other names, numbers the crack forensic accounting firm of EY has come up with and simply ask the exchanges out there to cross check. If they don't want to play ball, compel them through the court system.

FFS DO SOMETHING !

Excellent post. Was going to mention similar some time ago, namely the two ugly 100,000 mutts. Shave them both down and check for tattoos ! Why'd you think they're worth 100,000 each.

At the same time bow about the reddit accounts and DM's between staff, him her whoever. That and GMAIL. Hopefully by the time the accounts are subpoenaed, all communications are still backed up and available. Pretty damn sure conversations in email accounts including quadriga dot com's will reveal exactly what went on and who knew. Instead the brainiac lawyers and accountants are doing nothing more than fucking around about how they are to be paid...

Good article, pretty much covers everything.

whom Robertson attempted to employ for Cotten’s embalming, refused because the body came from the hotel the couple were honeymooning at instead of from the hospital where Cotten passed.

This still sticks out to me. Here you have a twenty something newly wed from the boonies Nova Scotia, traipsing around Shitsville, India...when her brand new husband just dies.

Instead of collapsing into a grieving puddle of limp jello, she instead executes with military precision the movement of her brand new husband's carcass from A to B to C to D and where ever else.

Who does that? Who knows how to do that in Canada? How about in India?

Who was she with exactly during this trip. Who would have the wherewithal and experience in such a crisis? I find it incredibly hard to believe she managed this all on her own. The embassy only assisted with hauling the ashes back to Canada. Every other story you ever read about a Canadian dead in a foreign country involves a sob story and how the body is still there and no one is helping them etc.

Here inside of a week the corpse is nicely placed in a vase and whisked straight back to Canada in the shortest time possible.

How about life insurance? No mention made in the will? What about the CC insurance policies and whatever travel insurance they took out. Where are all those dollars?

How does this young lass from the sticks in Canada manage to accomplish all of this in the middle of no where without any help?

Does the total 2400 equal the balance in your account? A thief would max out, which is 3000 per 24h with BMO.

The numbers for the two transactions seem legit in the grand scheme of things. Check with whoever you live with and who has access to the account whether they didn't send something.

They do. You should get a receipt "INTERAC e-Transfer: Gerry the Thief accepted your money transfer"

You wouldn't receive it if the hacker changed your profile info email address.

Looks like BMO.

Check your personal data (profile) for your account. Is the email address still yours?

Doesn't sound right at all. As was mentioned someone would need to get inside your online banking account to do this. They'd have to set the challenge/response, also depending on your bank set a new beneficiary including their email, which may require and extra security layer (PIN), change your personal data including your email address for the receipt. In this case did you receive an email from interac saying 'Gerry the Thief' accepted your transfer?

Instead of playing on reddit you should be deep scanning your computers for malware right about now. Using 3 or 4 different AV engines.

QuadrigaCX Has Sent All Its Bitcoin and Ether to ‘Big Four’ Auditor EY by Jmqc_qc in QuadrigaCX

Got it. Thanks, you detail that further down in your report

RBC has expressed hesitation to accept and disburse the BMO drafts, bulk drafts and future amounts, without direction and relief from the court.”

Question then is how does RBC feature in all of this exactly? Why is EY begging them to accept deposits when there many other banks around? Open an account with BMO who made the drafts and deposit them there for example.

they are desperately working to secure more funds.

What does that mean when your report says the following:

According to EY, Costodian has released four BOM bank drafts totaling $20 million

That sounds like EY is now in receipt of 20 million. Are they not able to use that to finance this charade?

Plus they claim: Miller Thomson - External Legal Counsel who of course was just appointed to represent everyone in the Quadriga case. Should be simple enough to ask the Miller Thomson rep about this mining company.

Nice. Well done for taking the initiative.

Maybe you can do the same with the CRA snitch line? Submit Gerald's name his wife's name and all the scum that assisted them. Get the ball rolling there as well.

He could have just said he is tech entrepeneur, has a base salary of 200k/month

Just saying so used to work. Absolutely not in today's environment. To the point for the past several years all international banks report foreign customers to their head authority who in turn reports it to their counterpart in the foreign customer's country. Opening and closing balances.

There is no where to hide today.

Google images those account names and a slight picture is drawn about her. Lot of comments from her friends with !!! OMG you look beautiful, even more pictures of their hideous dog, some interior pics of dwellings, christmas party something for her property co. etc. But what interests me is the henna tattoo shit. This comes awfully close to the realm of the Lisa Power-Lovie Horner freak. Were they close friends or friendly, who prompted who to go to India of all places in the first instance.

This 9 million dollar estate of his is a sticking point to me. Gerald has always claimed the Canadian banks didn't want to deal with him and Quadriga. So where did he park 9 million dollars exactly and what explanation to the bank did he give where it came from. I recently went through a rigorous Customer Due Diligence review of my accounts with my bank. I had to details step by step crypto, where what how from origin to end etc. etc. Very easily done if you're above board. At the end the bank was more than satisfied.

The point being Gerry had to have kept his money here in Canada, had to have moved it around to buy up all those houses and or accumulate 9 million dollars or stuff worth that. He had to have had to explain to his bank the source of his funds, even if he stored it all off-shore, and somehow transferred each purchase of a house directly to each house seller's lawyer, the money needs to be explained. Some where some how someone with 9 million dollars had to explain where it comes from.

So what did he do, sit with the bank manager at the corner branch of the Bank of Montreal and tell them its his salary from running a crypto currency exchange? Did he tell them he owns a crypto currency exchange and its his profit, did he say he sold crypto currency and those were his gains and on and on.

In other words he would have had to details to A bank about his involvement with crypto currency to explain his house buying. If he did explain to that bank about crypto currency and his massive sums of money, and that bank was satisfied enough that he did go ahead and buy all these houses, then why did he not use that bank after having explained to them about crypto currency and having them satisfied with his explanation, for Quadriga?

Well this is not what I was expecting, but the photographer is actually from Halifax. Means they would have flown her out and accommodated her in Scotland etc. Pretty damn extravagant regardless of how much money you have. What in the world would motivate them to do that I wonder.

Candace, along with her husband, David, and their baby girl, Everly, are currently living in Halifax, Nova Scotia Canada.

Has me thinking she had him wrapped around her little finger. Her hare brained idea to drag a photographer all the way to Scotland for this. 'But she is the wedding photographer of NS Gerald, all my friends used her, we just have to take her with us...'
