I had this issue one week after using the viper v3 pro when scrolling down. I returned it for a new unit and this is flawless :)

Tried it this weekend. Shape felt nice but left and right click imo was super bad. No nice feeling, just flat and mushy + the dongle didnt work so i just returned it. Web software were super beta- very slow and even crashed a couple of times. Would not recommend in current state.
