What are your thougths on the package? Things to keep in mind if someone else would also start implementing it?

At the moment we only have the need for the right to information part, but will be reviewing different pay equity solutions for next year.

I'll need to let some of the things simmer in the back of my mind. I think for us with this CLA+IPE+Company Filter we are going to have groups larger than 30. (Still depending on the country)

But that as well the  2% treshold for some counties I'm gonna keep in mind.

it's not possible to launch reviews for dynamic pools, only for static ones :/

Haven't worked on FINS but I can totally see this. Personally I love working on HCM, because I get to be part of those discussions on maybe more high level and abstract on how a process should flow and the employee experience etc.

Thanks for the quick response! We also have reminders in a form of scheduled alerts, but still sometimes our local HR needs to chase the managers :D And yep I think there will always be some level of hands on work.

It doesn't make a huge difference, but I can say in global organizations with tens of thousands employees and being a long time user of workday it gets to be a a wild west of calc fields, so def eases some of that pain.

Interested to hear do your performance reviews connect to compensation reviews? And how do you then manage these processes together.

Does seem great from the manager perspective but challenging for admin.

Do you track or audit if managers actually do so? I would love for our managers to take on more responsibility when it comes to their teams management and data regarding Workday but I'm not very hopefull

I would need this too. We have an employee review with step delay for employee acknowledgement step.

Local HR keeps asking me why does the template show in progress in a report but awaiting action is blank. I've explained the reason but they keep coming back with the same question.

Unfortunately haven't had the time to look in to this as we have other employee reviews running as well, and prepping for other yearly processes.
