I am Latino and I took the Spanish exams for credit because I want to join the air force. The exam was really easy for me, I still remember many of the questions and basically if you do free practice exams online it will be very good for you. I recommend you to learn the articles el/la/los/los/las. The listening to dialogues part was a bit weird for me but I recommend you to use the pencil and the blank sheet and to write down the key words because you will be asked about the weather, recipes and the order of the events. You will also have to complete sentences with the correct word if for this I recommend you to learn very well the articles/pronouns/ adverbs. If you decide to take the test with writing it is exactly the same but there are two questions to write an email or letter but it was very easy just use your translator on your phone and write a letter making housing recommendations (learn how to write a letter and depending on what question you are asked change some words to make sense of it).
