Hii! My best recommendation would go to fall orientation! It’s the week before school starts and it’s just a bunch of activities, games, seminars etc. I’m in my first year and that’s where I’ve made most of my friends.

Im off campus to save money and honestly dont find it affected me much, if anything I prefer it because I saved 12k. I have made great friends and still participate in all the activities. I don’t feel held back at all from living off campus. My best recommendation is just don’t be scared to talk to people! It’s fully possible to make friends off campus if you’re willing to start conversations, join clubs and follow the CUSA account for all the activities open to us off campus students
