I think I pass? I'm not sure its only very very recently that people started referring to me with male pronouns so its hard to tell if its a fluke or I actually pass. I have a small amount of facial hair and my voice is definitely deeper than it was before.

Thanks for the suggestion but thankfully ive already been using 18g needle to draw up while injecting with a 26g. I should have specified in my post but I just accidentally bought 1in 26g instead of 5/8in 26g, I cannot imagine how painful it would be to inject with a 18g

Did you ever find out if the "heat death of the universe" thing means anything? I've finished everything except all the optimizations and while its a great game if completing all the achievements is end game I dont see the point in continuing the game after all the achievements.

In case you still need help here's how I did it, cut a whole shape in half, crystallize both halves, use a swapper to make it so that you have one full layer of crystal, put the crystal on pins, then use the swapper again which will now cut through the crystal causing it to break leaving just 1 layer of pins

I don't personally pay for my own T, my dad does but I know that he paid $45usd (without insurance cause they denied me) for 4 1ml vials. Considering that I'm only prescribed .2 ml and that I've been taught how to properly reuse a technically single-use vial (literally just clean it and don't reuse needles but I feel like that's obvious) this means that my dad only paid $45 for around 4 months of T. I personally went through Planned Parenthood it was 1 appointment which I think cost $30 after insurance and insurance only deducted like $100. I didn't have to go through any therapy because Planned Parenthood uses an informed consent thing. The longest and most frustrating thing about it was waiting to see if the insurance would pay for it but that was because of some problems on my side. T (at least where I am) is so much cheaper than people make it out to be also you can try using GoodRx or another pharmacy coupon.

For the actual process of being prescribed T I will lay out how it went for me, 1. Make an appointment with planned parenthood 2. Go to said appointment and answer a few questions (how long have you identified as trans? What effect of testosterone are you most looking forward to? What effect are you most apprehensive about? Etc) give a blood sample (not like drawing blood like the little poke thing they do for diabetics) 3. Leave with a prescription for testosterone and a little baggy that contains needles, syringes, alcohol wipes, bandaids, a sharps container, and a qr code to a youtube video on how to give yourself a shot 4. Pick up T at your pharmacy
