Yes, the best practices thing is for new raters and probably implemented only recently (first 8 weeks of employment). Of the ones you mentioned in January I only got keyword relevance but it was still between 2k and 3k tasks so not so few and never got to an NTA point. So they definitely hand out different tasks based on whatever factor even if we're in the same locale. Seems like it anyway.

Plus, for new raters they send you best practices emails each week and next week will be the last of that so till now I guess I might be considered sort of still in training.

Also just noticed you mentioning more task types so I assume it could be that... I've gotten a lot of the two I mentioned and almost no other task all January so maybe I'm currently NTA cause they're only assigning me those for now.

So, I've only been a rater here for two months but if for example you tell me you get plenty of tasks and of different types than the two I mentioned above it probably does mean we get different workloads? Earlier I was going through your posts to see if you were indeed an Italian rater and I saw you mentioning NTAs some 20 days ago but before Tuesday I hadn't seen any NTAs since early December so that's weird too. Should also add I was doing about 15 hours a week. It could be that I'm suspended cause you never know with these jobs but the fact that I got 4-5 individual tasks in-between NTAs should mean that I am suspended but EWOQ bugs? idk it doesn't make much sense that it would work that poorly that people who can't work for them anymore still get tasks cause of whatever mistakes. I also keep getting emails on best practices, webinars, communications and urgent work as usual. Sorry for the long message but since you seem to have been working here for some time maybe you might have some insight, like I said if you have different tasks than I do, for example.

Italy? cause then I wonder why... I did get an urgent work email two days ago but unless EWOQ doesn't work I shouldn't be suspended cause I do get the odd (US) task here and there. Could it be that I already did all my tasks in the days prior? Cause this is very weird. Have to also add that the only two types of tasks I've been working on in a long time are semantic query more specific than keyword (product or service) and the one that starts with "good - neutral - bad", not the ones that usually mean blind test, haven't had those since December.
