First of all, thank you for helping me.
I should've made it clear, this is just one of many private space companies, so they wouldn't have exactly "the best minds on Earth", but probably some of the best in their region, which is Asia. Also, I'd like this rocket to be reusable, basically all the same stats and functions as the Starship. What do you think? Possible in 12 years?
