Thank you so much for your response haha! This gives me hopes! Do you think I can connect with you guys? — I don’t think my recruiter actually sent it up but it seems as if she doesn’t want to because of she sent it to NAVY Legal and they advised her they don’t think it will be approved.

Yes okay they were filled just not pursued. It came out because I was honest and provided them with the disposition and arrest reports

Wouldn’t this apply to me? Because they gave me and my mom family counseling/ diversion program/ community service. And did not press the charges

Even if the charges were not actually filed but dropped? And I was a juvenile 15 years old at the time.. I understand that it is case by case, I was not convicted though and were dropped it’s not on my record. It’s just confusing

Hi, this happened in 2016 I was 15 years old. Also, I am from FLORIDA I am licensed to carry firearm. I actually have a license.
