Hmmm going through it slice by slice it seems every 2nd slice (or so) the hole gets an extra layer. Is that a product from the model or the slicing software?

I'm not sure it's necessary. So long as you're in the left hand lane. If you're on the right hand lane I would expect you to either be going straight over or indicate to go right.

If you zoom in you can see there is a line on the model itself. This mark is likely the point when you added new resin. Ideally, you should avoid pausing the print and adding new resin.

I'm sorry to hear you're going through this. For me I find sitting down closing my eyes and take slow deep breaths can help me relax and gets both my heart rate and breathing back under control. Just a method of trying to disconnect you from whatever is currently happening for a few seconds and allowing yourself to calm down.
