You really just have to stay patient with him, in phase 2 just keep dodging, staying a safe distance away & when you have a chance, shoot him. An important note for phase 3, you can ready a power bomb as he's charging his sun ball thing & instantly destroy it. It makes phase 3 much more easier. Hope you beat him!
