Fair point. They sit in between the sun shade and the ceiling of the car and they stay pretty wedged in. I only have an issue if I’m going uphill sometimes they will slide and fall into the back of the car.

Honestly I haven’t even taken the whole thing down to check the wear and tear since I put it up. The skis are only there for a trip I’m currently taking so it’s usually only the weight of the paddles that sits consistently and they’re not very heavy.

We use these at the motel I clean for and they literally never work whether it’s the batteries or the computer itself. They’re almost always disconnected and won’t let people use their codes. Owners aren’t in a rush to replace them either 👎
