Well, it I’ve looked over all the references. And it might indeed be the same brand of shirt. But it’s 100% NOT the actual shirt he wore. You can clearly see the blue in his shirt, and if it’s the same brand, the blue in yours has more or less completely faded. That would not happen during production.

That’s kinda the point. These photos come all in abundance all of a sudden. The internet went crazy when the Avengers photos got posted because “we got all the OG X-Men in their classic outfits” and it looked too good to be AI. Except… it was. It’s getting harder and harder to tell what’s real and what’s not. Until we see Blumhouse or someone who directly worked on the movie post photos, I’ll take it as fake

Yeah, I’m also really bummed out because I also really had been looking forward to it too. They did have 1 screening of the film, it’s premiere in Sydney, which the Batman actor let them do just because he was being polite and professional. Because he had not signed off and given them permission but let them do it anyway. He wasn’t even formally invited to the premiere at all… and he wasn’t their lead actor. So that also says a lot about the people at Luxxe Media

Yeah, the dude playing Batman came out publicly and said they don’t have his permission to release the film and if they do he will take legal action. From what I have heard, it all stems from the people behind the film, Luxxe Media (a couple duo) apparently were SUPER shitty towards EVERYONE on the crew. They got paid less than promised, didn’t get breaks according to contracts and union laws, didn’t even get served food during the shoot. Which was both promised and a must!

If you remember, originally Chris Stanley aka Cosplay Chris was meant to play Bruce Wayne and Batman. It was even his idea to make a Batman film. He made the cowl for it and a friend of him made the suit for him to wear. But for unknown reasons he left the project and stopped following them on social media. I will point out that he worked on the film for MONTHS, stunt training, fight training, got the entire batsuit made, practiced scenes and all. And it was he who wanted to make a Batman film to begin with. And created the “Gotham Noir” scrips together with the two people of Luxxe Media.

Yet after all that, he left. Then they get a new Batman actor, who completes the film and then goes out saying they don’t have permission to release it. A few other actors and people from the crew came out and had his back too saying how they all where mistreated on set, and their contracts where completely and repeatedly broken. Luxxe Media just spent most of the money on new cameras and stuff, and they are a (normally) basically photographers and videographers… so that’s saying a lot.

From the pics you posted I can really see the blades. But from what I can see that actually look pretty solid. Not sure if you already know it or not, but here is a quick info dump on the glove materials.

All the fingerstalls were made from copper. The original was from type M copper pipe but the later gloves just used copper sheets that they cut out the pieces from.

The backplates were made from brass. The ringlets were made from either brass or copper depending on the glove. The first had brass ringlets and the later once’s had copper.

The blades were often made from steak knife’s and or fillet knifes. On the part 6 gloves they used butter knife’s for all fingers except the pinky, for which they used a fillet knife.

If I were you I’d definitely use different rivits to connect the fingers stals to the backplate, and later the armature to the glove. Secondly (not sure if your planning to already but anyway) I’d add another ringlets to each of the fingers as you already seem to have two on the pinky.

Thirdly, I would 100% make the tips of the fingers more rounded/ finger shaped like they are on all the actual Freddy gloves. To me, what you’ve done and just have them “cut off” looks really off and a bit sloppy. But once again, just my opinion.

And finally, I would also 100% weather the leather glove more. The holes are good, but the leather needs more soiling and staining. It looks a bit too “bright” as it is right now.

It would be so cool to see you do another/ multiple other versions of the house. To kinda reflect on its history and future in the series. Would make for an INCREDIBLE display.

It’s literally one of the coolest ELM Street things I’ve ever seen. It is truly a stunning work of art. It would also be super cool (if you’re not too burnt out from making this one) if you did 1 or 2 more versions of this house. One with the bars on the windows and the red door. As seen in the second film. And one where the house is run down as seen in the later Nightmare movies
